Integration and e2e test inventory (2026-10-15)

A dated snapshot of the 184 test files under tests/integration (177) and tests/e2e (7) at commit f87ecb8a21, made for the test-pyramid rebalance plan. The same file list is frozen as the baseline of tests/scenarios/absorption-ledger.json, which is the checked record. This page is the reasoning behind it and is not updated as files move; the ledger is.

Verdicts (the decision rules are in the plan):

Verdict	Meaning

Verdicts are as audited on 2026-10-15, corrected where checking a file changed its verdict.
