Spec Kitty SaaS Transformation - Next Steps Plan: Integrate the completed spec-kitty-events library into the CLI. Replace primitive YAML activity logs with structured event log using Lamport clocks and CRDT merge rules. Events stored in .kittify/events/YYYY-MM-DD.jsonl with Git replication. This is Dependency 0 for the SaaS platform - everything else blocks on it.
