Doctrine Stack Configuration & Agent Profile Integration - Users can opt-in to specify the doctrine stack explicitly using an exhaustive interview OR accept predefined defaults during spec-kitty init. The architect, implementer, and reviewer profiles are fully implemented and accessible via /spec-kitty.profile-context, so implementation missions can close gaps between the doctrine stack vision and actual implementation. Additionally, WP implementation workflows should load relevant agent profiles when specified in WP frontmatter.
