A targeted sweep that removes a stale xfail masking an already-fixed init-flow bug, closes a pathological test coverage gap in branch naming, repairs three interlocking charter bundle validation failures caused by a plural/singular directory mismatch in the synthesizer, and eliminates parallel-lane merge conflicts in the tool surface via a self-registration seam modeled on the existing MigrationRegistry pattern.
