After the coord-shadows-arm-closeout mission (PR #2572) merged, a re-verification squad confirmed five residual defects still reproduce on main: a triplicated subtask-gate directory resolver with a weak fallback that can read a stale coordination husk, a process-liveness check blind to PID reuse, an unguarded rollback-uncheck write, a stray fifth checkbox parser, and a duplicate liveness probe in the review lock. This mission consolidates each duplicated operation onto its single canonical seam and hardens the just-shipped helpers, so the coord-topology reliability epic keeps converging on one authoritative source per surface.
