This mission restructures the site's information architecture with strict end-user/contributor segregation, restores a single discoverable discover-to-first-mission path, and fully documents previously-thin concepts (Ops vs Missions, mission types, Charter, and all doctrine artifact kinds). It also activates the published glossary by auto-linking canonical terms across docs with tooltips and click-through, backed by a doctrine-style check that flags non-canonical term usage.
