Following a full issue-tracker remediation, this mission turns the proven patterns and surfaced gaps into durable artefacts: it authors the planning/ticketing/tracing doctrine (procedure, tactics, styleguide, toolguide), restructures the architecture/ vs docs/ split with refreshed C4 models and a vision/ home, closes charter/DRG tooling gaps (org-charter extends, DRG generator), and refreshes the glossary for the new epic landscape and architectural direction.
