Mission A of five, split from doctrine-canonical-structure-remediation-01KYEYSD. Closes the silence class at its source: a zero-producer lint so a schema slot cannot ship inert, the four-site silent-kind-drop, extra="forbid" plus field-by-field writers on the DRG models, schema-generation integrity, the layout and enum ratchets, followable migration guidance, and the leaking org->DRG bridge. Everything here must land before any new edge field exists, or that field ships inert behind green tests -- the precedent is 3-for-3 in this repo, one green for 162 days.
