Mission Run: Landing hygiene: review-prompt retention (#2439) + stale coverage-allowlist guard (#2443)
Two small independent landing-followup fixes: (1) cap + clean up per-invocation review-prompt files that accumulate unbounded within a repo under spec-kitty-review-prompts/ (#2439, LC-7 residual); (2) refresh the stale src/specify_cli/core/mission_detection.py entry in the internal diff-coverage --include allowlist and add a guard that every allowlist path resolves to an existing file (#2443)
Two low-risk hygiene follow-ups surfaced by epic #1931 landings. Independent WPs. Cross-fork draft closing #2439 #2443.
