Consolidate two post-3.0.0 regressions surfaced in gh issues Priivacy-ai/spec-kitty#588 (silent data loss during mission merge on repos that carry leftover sparse-checkout state from pre-3.0 spec-kitty runs) and Priivacy-ai/spec-kitty#589 (review-lock file triggers spec-kitty's own uncommitted-changes guard, forcing --force on every approve transition). Both were reported by Kent Gale (kentonium3) against 3.1.1. The mission addresses the legacy sparse-checkout state that v3.0.0 deleted code for but left live on disk in user repos, hardens the merge pipeline against silent data loss, and repairs the review-lock self-collision in the dirty-tree guard.
