Mission Run: Op Record Git Durability
Make Op records from ask/advise/do commands durable by writing them to a git-tracked kitty-ops/ directory with auto-commit on completion.
Currently, invocation records for ask/advise/do commands are stored in a gitignored local directory, making them ephemeral and lost on git clean or re-clone. This mission moves Op storage to kitty-ops/ (a git-tracked peer of kitty-specs/), wires safe_commit auto-commit on Op completion, and adds optional mission_id/wp_id timeline-correlation fields. SaaS propagator replacement (Step 2) and module rename (Step 3) are explicitly out of scope.
