Mission Run Overview
Mission Run: Primary & Merge Vocabulary Disambiguation
Give overloaded 'primary' (4 senses) and 'merge' (3 senses) one canonical term each across glossary + prose + safe code — no shipped-identifier renames.
Spec Kitty overloads two words: 'primary' means four things (artifact partition, default/Primary branch, repository-root checkout, commit target) and 'merge' means three (local lane consolidation, git branch integration, publish to origin/main). The overload nearly caused a wrong fix (a 'primary partition' verdict almost implemented as 'route to primary branch=main'). Track 1 fixes the cheap, low-risk surface: one canonical glossary term per sense in docs/context, a prose/help/docstring disambiguation sweep, repair of the stale glossary README pointer plus folding legacy glossary prose into docs/context, and two safe code cleanups (fold duplicate resolve_primary_branch; rename internal merge/partition helpers). Every shipped identifier, serialized key, and CLI/command name stays byte-identical. The heavier Sense-C 'repository root checkout' code rename is a separate isolated Track 2 mission; the src/glossary runtime-package removal is tracked as #2727.
