Mission Run: Fix sync strict-JSON ingress-skip auth

Repair a committed-and-failing sync test on main so the strict-JSON ingress-skip path is exercised instead of failing on auth.

A sync integration test is red on main but hidden by a path-filtered CI gate, so any PR touching sync/ inherits a failure it did not cause. This mission finds the root cause of the auth/session mismatch at final_sync, aligns the test or the sync auth flow, and restores a trustworthy green signal.
