Refactor
Planning and debrief artifacts for the degod/unshim refactor program and adjacent slice-landing work: inventories, roadmaps, gap analyses, and mission debriefs. This is a mixed cluster: the degod/unshim program is live (open waves — #2291 / #2293, WS4 / WS6, Wave 3–4), while the slice-landing and per-mission debrief notes have shipped and are retired.
