Agent Profile System — a structured agent identity framework within the doctrine package. Includes: Pydantic domain model (AgentProfile) with 6-section structure, Role enum with custom role support, AgentProfileRepository with two-source loading (shipped + project), field-level merge, hierarchy traversal, weighted context-based matching, 7 shipped reference profiles, JSON Schema validation, ToolConfig rename (from AgentConfig) with deprecation shim, and CLI commands (list, show, create, hierarchy). Already implemented in WP01-WP04/WP06-WP07, needs additional WPs for: (1) wheel packaging fix so doctrine is distributed, (2) upgrade migration for ToolConfig rename, (3) CI/test alignment.
