Mission Run: Acceptance scenario contract, per-PR check and nightly evidence
Give CLI acceptance scenarios a checked contract on every pull request and make each nightly result traceable to the exact build, OS and pass.
Acceptance scenarios under tests/scenarios run only in a nightly Cucumber-JVM job. This Mission documents the scenario tag contract, adds a JDK-free per-PR check, fixes the nightly evidence (the wip pass overwrites gating results) with a versioned evidence bundle, and adds black-box fixture builders for Mission states, per ADR 2026-10-13-1.
