Mission Run: Agent Profile Projection and Plugin Production Pipeline
Spec Kitty agent profiles project automatically into every configured harness after init or upgrade, with a production Claude Code plugin and full drift protection.
rc44 added the ToolSurfaceContract registry and staging plugin bundles but stopped short of wiring them into init/upgrade and shipping production plugin artifacts. This mission closes the gap: native agent profiles appear in Claude Code, Codex, and VS Code automatically after upgrade; drifted generated files are handled safely with a drift-protection policy; and the Claude Code plugin has a full build/validate/release path with a git-based marketplace. Every configured harness either shows agents or shows an explicit not_applicable finding — no silent gaps.
