This mission closes remaining CLI auth-adjacent trust gaps after the shipped browser/device OAuth work: logged-out Teamspace guidance, direct-ingress error classification, broad-exception guardrails, hosted-env-safe refresh-lock tests, and a durable encrypted-file-rooted local session hot-path design.
