Mission Run: Coordination Doctor Branch Safety
Make doctor coordination --fix refuse to mutate a coordination worktree checked out on the wrong branch.
GitHub issue #4920: the coordination doctor currently fast-forwards whichever branch is checked out in the coordination worktree and reports a misleading success. The repair must fail closed without branch mutation when HEAD is not the expected coordination branch, preserve correct-branch behavior, and prove both paths with red-first acceptance coverage.
