Stop typos, UK spelling and maintainer-only prose from landing in user-facing docs and the changelog Unreleased section.
The 4.0.0rc5 changelog rewrite (#5420) fixed an Unreleased section that had drifted into maintainer-facing prose, and nothing prevents it drifting back; the docs also carry real typos no tool catches. This mission adds a pinned spellchecker with a US-spelling check on the user-facing docs, plus a changelog style guard, both blocking in CI, with contributor guidance for running them locally.
