Mission Run: Doctrine Org Init From Template

Extend doctrine org init so operators creating their own doctrine can render from a local or git template with validated ORG_NAME, LOCAL_PATH, and .templateignore.

Today doctrine org init only writes a minimal three-file skeleton. Operators who create their own doctrine need that same command extended so they can optionally initialise from an existing template (local path or git URL with branch): honour .templateignore, validate the org name, substitute identity and registration-path tokens, and write the full rendered tree to a distinct pack destination—while keeping the minimal scaffold when no template is supplied.
