Mission Run: Documentation Mission Composition Rewrite
Move the built-in documentation mission onto the StepContractExecutor composition substrate so a fresh documentation mission starts and advances via spec-kitty next.
Phase 6 #502 / WP6.4. Documentation is the last legacy state-machine mission in spec-kitty after software-dev (#503) and research (#504) shipped on the composition substrate. This mission delivers the runtime sidecar, shipped step contracts, action doctrine bundles, DRG nodes, runtime-bridge wiring, fail-closed guards, and a real-runtime integration walk so the documentation mission runs end-to-end through the live runtime path.
