Mission Run: Drupal Dries Agent Profile
Add a built-in Drupal-specialist agent profile so Spec Kitty missions can route Drupal work to an expert persona.
Spec Kitty ships a set of built-in agent profiles (Debugger Debbie, Java Jenny, Python Pedro, Node Norris) that give missions stack-specific expertise. Drupal work currently has no such persona, so Drupal-specific conventions, module structure, and community practice are not represented in routing or governance. This mission adds 'Drupal Dries' as a first-class built-in profile, seeded from a community AGENTS.md for Drupal plus whatever the existing profile contract requires.
