Stop six Spec Kitty commands from reporting success while they destroy, corrupt, or mis-record a user's data.
Milestone-11 research found commands that exit 0 after erasing a Decision Moment, mis-numbering merged missions, discarding uncommitted user edits, wiping a user's agent settings, corrupting installed skills on Windows checkouts, or running a real migration when a dry run was requested. This mission makes each of those commands either preserve the user's data or fail loudly with an actionable message, so a successful exit can be trusted before the 4.0.0 release.
