Spec Kitty's frozen-absolute-baseline architectural gates hard-fail CI when a count or hash they pin moves. Several of them tax every legitimate additive change — a new migration module, a new skip-marker, an edited dead-symbol body — with a manual baseline edit that catches no real defect, and authors only discover the red in CI. This mission drains that narrow set of genuine-toll gates (via source-derived counts, a hash-refresh helper, warning-not-fail, and local-suite visibility) while leaving every load-bearing gate — the P0 security boundaries, still-shrinking burn-downs, and change-detectors — fully intact.
