Quickstart: FSM Write-Path Integrity

All commands run from the repository root checkout on branch missions/coreloop-proto-missions. Venv: uv sync --frozen --all-extras once, then use .venv/bin/pytest directly.

Baseline (every WP boundary — NFR-005 / C-010)
