Ship the tool-surface drift, integrating worktree and target-owned bookkeeping terms to every consumer through the built-in glossary pack.
Operators meet these three terms in spec-kitty upgrade output, the upgrade recovery runbook and two ADRs, but only the in-repo docs/context glossary defines them. Mirroring them into the shipped glossary pack and this project's seed makes the glossary tooling resolve them for every consumer.
