Mission Run: Restore green main: stale test premises after the requirement-grammar scoping and the events 10.4.6 bump
Two tests on main fail because their premises lagged shipped changes; re-pin them so main and the nightly are honestly green.
The nightly and every PR that selects the upgrade shards are red. One test calls a helper with its pre-change arity; the other audits a pinned historical corpus that never received the operator-sanctioned events 10.4.6 correction. No product behaviour is wrong; the tests must re-pin to the shipped contract without loosening the audit.
