Mission Run: Nightly suites green on main
Make the nightly integration, performance and interpreter suites green on main so the 4.0.0rc6 release gate can pass.
The release workflow only publishes on a green nightly for the tagged commit. Three nightly reds remain: a bare-slug coordination Mission cannot consolidate onto a protected target, three performance budget tests fail on slow shared runners, and a commit-recipe gate flags help text and is not run per pull request. This mission fixes each at its structural cause and delivers them as one pull request.
