Mission Run: Op record auto-commit skips repos that do not track kitty-ops
Closing an Op no longer commits its record into a repo that ignores or does not track kitty-ops/.
Issue 6410: profile-invocation complete force-commits kitty-ops/<id>.jsonl onto the checked-out branch even in consumer repos that gitignore or never track kitty-ops/, so op(...) commits ride into unrelated PRs. Operator decision: keep the current-branch commit where kitty-ops is tracked, skip it otherwise, and report where the record went.
