Harden doctrine org init --template against token leak, symlink exfil, and path-token gaps per PR #2719 review.
Maintainer review on PR #2719 labeled pr:needs-revision. Blocking fixes for GIT_TOKEN injection on arbitrary template HTTPS URLs, symlink-following copy, and undetected {{tokens}} in file/dir names; plus HTTPS-only URLs and related hardening. Lands on feat/doctrine-org-init-from-template. Does not clear pr:deferred or merge to main.
