Mission Run: Ownership-Boundary Overwrite Hardening
Stop Spec Kitty commands from silently destroying user-authored files by extending the ownership-proof guard from deletion to overwrite/truncate.
Catfooding defects show ordinary commands (init, research, intake) overwriting or truncating operator-authored content with no backup while reporting exit-0 success. This mission extends the existing asset-preservation ownership guard from the deletion seam to the overwrite/truncate seam so package-owned flows prove ownership by content or provenance before destroying user bytes, honoring the charter's User Customization Preservation invariant.
