Mission Run: Phase 4 Auth Identity-Boundary Canary Gate
Prove the auth identity-boundary contract holds end-to-end by running the deployed-dev canary 4/4 clean and attaching evidence to the Teamspace MVP release tracker.
Two Phase-4 blockers (#1141 silent queue replacement, #1182 sync-now misclassification) stalled the auth-boundary launch gate after rc15 scored 1/4. Once those fixes land and a post-rc15 RC is cut, this mission gates the release by: verifying fix substance, installing the RC, running the identity-boundary canary to 4/4 clean, collecting and attaching evidence to e2e#41, running the Teamspace MVP canary suite four times, and posting the release-tracker evidence comment to spec-kitty#1038.
