Mission Run: Pi and Letta Code Agent Support
Add Pi and Letta Code as first-class Spec Kitty-supported coding agents.
Spec Kitty currently supports 17 AI agents. This mission adds Pi (pi-coding-agent) and Letta Code to the roster, covering agent configuration, Agent Skills installation, orchestrator invokers, prompt templates, and documented design decisions for each agent's unique CLI model.
