Land the contributed writing & communications doctrine set (7 agents plus directives, styleguides, procedures, and audience assets) onto the current doctrine surface — fully wired into the doctrine graph and honest about what it enforces.
A community contribution (PR #2918) adds a valuable writing, communication, terminology-governance, and meeting-minutes doctrine set, but it targets a directory layout the built-in-doctrine consolidation has since removed, and two adversarial reviews flagged routing, authority, and trust-boundary problems. This mission re-homes the set onto the canonical packs/built-in surface, wires it into the doctrine relationship graph so nothing is orphaned, and reconciles the flagged content so the doctrine is honest and non-contradictory — while preserving the original contributor's authorship.
