Stabilize the 3.2.0a5 release train and trim confusing CLI surfaces; no new product features.
This stabilization tranche resets the 3.2.0a5 release train and clears nine release-hygiene issues. It removes the deprecated /spec-kitty.checklist command from generated user-facing surfaces, restores strict mypy on mission-step contracts, fixes the dev-worktree upgrade version mismatch, suppresses misleading post-success sync and token-refresh error noise, hides legacy --feature aliases from help while keeping them functional, sharpens the init message when the target is not a git repository, and clarifies the spec-kitty agent decision command shape, so the next prerelease behaves predictably for local agents and contributors.
