Mission Run: Repo-relative retrospective record_path
The retrospective status event should record a repository-relative path, not an absolute machine-local one.
At consolidation the CLI writes a RetrospectiveCaptured event into the Mission's tracked status.events.jsonl. Today its record_path is the absolute path of retrospective.yaml on the operator's machine, which leaks a username into an authoritative tracked file (hand-scrubbed on #5856). This mission makes the recorded path repository-relative so the tracked log stays portable and leak-free.
