Consolidate rollback and --abort anchor on the run's persisted record, never the live tip
Fixes two P0 consolidate rollback defects: a kill-left landing re-anchored by begin_attempt makes --abort falsely report a full restore (#5686), and the reconciliation-FAIL rollback discards a concurrent target commit by using the live tip as its CAS expectation (#5666).
