Mission Run Overview
Mission Run: RunIndex: locked, repo-relative run index port
Introduce a locked, repo-relative RunIndex port so copying or moving a project never corrupts run continuation and concurrent next starts never lose a registration.
The run index mapping a mission to its runtime run (.kittify/runtime/feature-runs.json) persists an absolute run_dir path and performs an unlocked read-modify-write, so a filesystem copy/move of a project corrupts or loses run-index registrations and concurrent next invocations can silently drop a distinct mission's entry.
