Mission Run: Second clones reconcile with origin before every terminus gate
A teammate's clone checks origin before review, accept and consolidate trust its local copy, so a pushed rejection or fix is never silently ignored.
In a two-person team each person works in their own clone. Today review, accept and consolidate trust the clone's local branches and never look at what teammates pushed, so a rejected work package can land as done and a reviewed fix can be dropped, with exit 0. A second clone also never gets the merge-driver settings, so its first pull corrupts mission files. This mission adds one origin check every terminus gate passes through, and makes init and upgrade install the clone-local settings.
