Mission Run: Session Presence Multi-Harness Orientation
Automatically inject Spec Kitty orientation into every configured AI agent's config files so agents know what Spec Kitty is and how to use it.
Without session presence, AI agents initialized with spec-kitty have no awareness of the tool or how to route requests. This mission builds a new session_presence package that writes idempotent orientation blocks to each agent's native config on init and upgrade, covering all 19 supported harnesses across two phases: Claude Code first (Phase 1, issue #1760), then all remaining harnesses (Phase 2, issue #1761).
