This file is the master tracking sheet for Slice F's 12 work packages across 4 lanes, decomposed into ~72 numbered subtasks. Every WP follows ATDD-first discipline (C-011): lane-opening WPs land failing-first acceptance tests as their FIRST deliverable; subsequent WPs in the lane turn each test green in dependency order. See atdd-coverage.md for the canonical RED→GREEN map and the reviewer's red-on-base / green-on-WP verification protocol.

Lane A blocks Lane C/D so the burn-down meta-test (FR-110/111) is in place before any new modules ship — preventing Slice F modules from grandfathering themselves into Cat-7.
