Squad guidance is split across a procedure, a styleguide, a harness skill, directives, tactics and profiles, and the copies contradict each other on point-cuts, squad size and casting. This mission consolidates the playbook into the procedure, deletes the redundant styleguide with a consumer-safe migration, shrinks the skill to a pointer, and repoints every inbound reference so consumers receive one consistent rule.
