Consumers building in languages Spec Kitty has no specialist guidance for (Zig, Go, ...) currently get a mission review that always fails its Python-only dead-code gate and a charter context that labels them Python. This mission makes the unknown-language path honest and neutral: the gate reports itself not applicable, unknown languages resolve to an explicit unknown value with tech-agnostic guidance and an advisory to extend the local charter, and a corrected interview answer takes effect on regeneration.
