Mission Run: Terminus Projection Driver-Replay Attribution
Stop the squash merge from false-REFUSing a legitimate concurrent edit of coord bookkeeping, by proving the landed blob is the merge driver's own deterministic output.
During a DEFAULT-squash merge, when a coord-partition bookkeeping file (e.g. a tracer) was edited on both the merge target and an approved lane, the projection proof demanded byte-equality with the coordination branch and refused the merge even though the deterministic union driver had losslessly merged both edits onto the target. This mission replaces that byte-equality check with a driver-replay attribution proof so genuine driver output passes while real non-landing or tampering still refuses, fixing #5038 without weakening the product-content data-loss guard.
