Notes
- Validation pass 1 (2026-10-07): all items pass. The spec names
git add -A,--no-verifyand the upgrade command because they are the user-visible surface of the defect; the fix shape lives in the plan. - Validation pass 2 (2026-10-07, scope widened per the maintainer): US4-US8, FR-009..FR-018, C-005, SC-005/006 added; all items still pass.
- Validation pass 3 (2026-10-07, after the post-spec review and the three-lens validation squad): FR-019..FR-023, US2b/US2c, SC-007 added; rule wording corrected; gate starts empty with a canonical owner; claim/bake/metadata/rollback/safe-commit rows tightened; all items pass except the deferred PR-split marker.
