• Test-Quality Doctrine — Artefact Series Proposal — the curator-facing, augment-heavy design: a Tests-as-Scaffold paradigm, the DIRECTIVE_041 disambiguation, checklist→asset moves, exemplar assets, and the full DRG edge map. Supersedes §8 of the research findings.
