Delete tests that cannot realistically catch product or architectural regressions while preserving causal contract coverage.
Spec Kitty maintainers need a smaller, faster, trustworthy suite. Every test must earn retention through a live contract or durable invariant and evidence that a relevant fault makes it fail; permanently skipped, dominated duplicate, obsolete, synthetic, spent-scaffold, or shape-pinning tests are retired.
