Planning artifacts were generated on feat/doctrine-charter-split-unification. Each WP's execution worktree is allocated per computed lane from lanes.json at finalize-tasks. Completed changes merge back into feat/doctrine-charter-split-unification unless the operator redirects the landing branch.
