Notes

1. This is an internal tech-debt mission whose stakeholders are Spec Kitty maintainers and contributors. The domain is the codebase's architecture, so package names (specify_cli.merge, specify_cli.cli) and the mutated global-state kinds are domain language (defined in the spec's Domain Language table), not incidental implementation detail. Concrete module names, fix patterns and file:line maps are deferred to plan. 2. Scope decision DM 01M3F61VWEFDY2036QP3S4K04R resolved: full local-detector sweep (474 sites / 155 files pre-sweep census on da6d0af97e). 3. Post-spec adversarial squad (reviewer-renata rigour lens + paula-patterns boundary lens, opus) folded 2026-09-26: guard narrowed to specify_cli.cli.commands via the existing layer-rules ledger (console = named ledger entry); all six driver bodies (incl. serialization) relocate so replay and subprocess share one body; pin list completed; existing-gate sub-classes (sys.modules patch.dict, SPEC_KITTY_HOME) handed off; allowlist keyed on content-anchored (file, qualname, kind) + exact count; try/finally sites declared offenders; alias-resolving detector, all-files scan, parse-failure fails; NFR-003 re-based to ≤20% sites with plan-time justification classes; FR-010 edits the Pydantic canonical source; FR-011 targets the untested disk→repository→advisory link with a mutation proof.
